Signature Golf & Beach Properties is located in Bavaro – Punta Cana, in the Dominican Republic. We specialize in selling, renting and managing golf and beach front properties, in Bavaro - Punta Cana and around the country.
Signature Golf & Beach Properties is the sister company of the Golf Reservation Center, also known as Go Golf. The Golf Reservation Center is the most important Golf Tour Operator in the Dominican Republic, with more than 10,000 clients per year. With the fast growing number of new golf courses, in the area of Bavaro - Punta Cana only, we have all the reasons to believe that the real estate market on golf courses presents a great potential of growth. Therefore, we have decided to use the synergies between the two companies to develop an array of services for our clients. What makes Signature different from the other realtors? We limit our portfolio to only the very best properties available on the market, according to our standards. Why don’t we sell any available property on the market, like most realtors? Because we think differently and we believe our clients don’t want to buy just any property! Our clients count on our knowledge of the local real estate market to help them choose. By offering only the best options to our buyers and providing them with in depth and accurate information we make sure they have all the necessary elements to take the best decision for their money.
Managing a limited portfolio of listings also allows us to develop privileged relationships with the owners and builders. This means better prices, better buying options and better service for our clients.
